Dr. Tweiten is a data management specialist with ecological expertise. He published spatial, time series and multivariate data analysis in peer-reviewed ecological journals and directly engaged in field data collection including vegetation mapping, restoration monitoring, insect population surveys, and sediment core sampling. Both areas of expertise provide insight into the data management needs of environmental assessments and restoration monitoring. He has extensive experience with the design of data ingest templates, data migration, database quality assurance, stored procedures development and data structures used to support ligation quality database services. He developed database procedures to enhance the analysis and interpretation of environmental data including calculating significance of bioassay tests and producing specialized analyses including logistic regression modeling and dioxin toxicity equivalency. He routinely works across software platforms to meet client needs including R, ArcGIS Pro, MySQL, MS Access, and Power BI.
